What Should I Wear?

We are not a "formal" church. We consider it more important that you be here, than how you are dressed. It is not unusual for people to wear jeans and t-shirts. Some even wear shorts during the summer months.

What's Available for My Kids?

On Sunday mornings we have infant care and Christian Education Classes for children of all ages. There is also infant care during Worship Services and either a "Children's Chat" or Junior Church during the Sunday morning worship time. Junior Church is available for children ages 4 to 9.

SUNDAY NIGHT IS FAMILY NIGHT!

  • 5:45 PM "F.O.C.O.S." for children ages 10-18
    5:45 PM "F.O.C.O.S. Jr." for ages 3 - 11

  • 6 PM "Bible Sharing and Discussion" Interactive Bible Discussion Time For New Believers thru Mature Believers

What About Me?

There are several adult Sunday School classes available for multiple interest groups. Currently we have a book study group, a family life group, a group for seekers and a mature adult group. Sunday School classes are at 9 AM.  We also have Home Bible Study Groups and many other small groups of special interest.

What Should I Expect in Church?

Our worship style is blended. We have worship bands that blend modern with traditional Christian music. We include hymns as part of worship. We believe that there is a wealth of insight to be gained through great hymns of the church. Our worship attendance is between 150 to 200 depending on the time on the year. We have many young families, plus several Senior Saints.

The congregation of Glenvale Church is very open and friendly and quickly becomes family. The folks make it a point to be there for each other and truly believe that God has called them to be a hospital on a hilltop.

Christian Education and Small Group Studies

Here at Glenvale, you are given many opportunities to grow in the Lord. In addition to Sunday worship services we have a Wednesday evening Bible Study and Christian Education on Sunday mornings. Here is a listing of studies available to you. Please click here to view a complete listing of small group opportunities for your family and you.
